Flexible hours are available Monday- Friday.
You can be seen in person in your home, in the office, or for a telehealth consult.
There is a $75.00 service fee for a home visit at this time.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check, venmo, card and insurance are accepted.

Please apply for you insurance coverage activation at the Lactation Network. If we are in network with your policy you will get 90 minute consults with Mary, with no out of pocket expense to you.

List Pikes Peak Lactation as the IBCLC that referred you.

If your policy is not part of the Lactation Network, a coded insurance form/superbill can be provided upon request to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. They may or may not cover the consult, and will consider it "out of network" for any reimbursement they will consider.
